Hi ,
have read some post about my problem but nothing to resolve my problem .
Need to config call blocking with after-hour exempt , for the config. have see the guide on Cisco .
The problem is Login softkey , need to cofig. on all phone of my customer.
The phone type are 7911,7941,7921.
Have already create a ephone-template
ephone-template 10
softkeys hold Newcall Resume Select Join
softkeys idle Redial Newcall Cfwdall Pickup Gpickup Dnd Login
softkeys connected Endcall Trnsfer Confrn Park Hold
on ephone have assigned the template
ephone 6
description Leo
video
mac-address 001B.0CDA.E821
ephone-template 10
username "leo" password 12345678
type 7911
button 1:11
pin 4321
on telephony-service have create a cnf-files
but after the reset of phone on the position where should be appear login i see softkey "Service" .
When press "Service" i hear a continuous tone and the phone ask me to enter a number , i think the pin number , i put the pin and the phone call back in idle status .
I need to enable the
after-hours override-code 4321 to permit on some ephone to override call blocking .

Hi, under telephone-service try this command: login time X (min).
Try the login softkey again.
