Hello Everyone,
I am receiving the following error message when the scheduled DRS backup takes place.
Unable to access SFTP server or SFTP server too slow to respond
But it works everytime we execute a manuel backup. I was thinking of having something like firewall or ACL which would block the access but being able to perform a manuel backup rules out these options. I also thought it might be related to expired certificates but they are all good also. The backup device has been deleted and recreated, the servers have been rebooted multiple times. I also restarted the DRF Master and local in both CUC serves multiple times but the problem is still persisting.
Has anyone encountered this issue?
CUC Version: 10.5.2.13901-2 (HA)
Thanks,
MK

What SFTP Client you are running for scheduled backup ?
Would suggest to use free FTPD, Since it's free ware and tested working fine with CUCM.

We can't use free FTPD.
Free products are not allowed to be used in our organization. We have a Linux FTP/SFTP server that is used for all applications. More than 200 applications are backed up each night using this server. The CUC is the only one that fails

You can test once with Free FTPD with scheduled backup, if it would worked perfectly then we need to look in other things like other SFTP tool, directory access, directory path defined in backup device.

Armaan,
The issue is not with the tool.
We have 2 mega CUCM clusters, 4 UCCX clusters, 4 CUC clusters and many others. They all work perfectely well with the SFTP tool the we use. As I mentioned the manuel backup works as well.
Thanks,
MK
