Unable to configure CfwdAll on CME

Hello, it became necessary to turn on call forwarding at the reception area, where all the landline phone calls are being received. When the phone calls are being forwarded to the mobile, all calls arriving at the landline number are being dropped. I will be grateful for help in solving the problem

I guess from the profile called "SIP_Out" that your external calls are carried by a SIP provider. Have a look at SIP debugs (debug ccsip mess) for a forwarded call, that will tell you whether your configuration is trying to forward the call but the carrier is rejecting it.  Or whether it's not even trying.  You should see an outbound INVITE almost immediately after the inbound.
