Hi All,
We have Using CCM 4.0 .All the Call from out side will Come to the Reception IP Phone (Model 7940). From there We are unable to forward the call to my mobile. From Extenson we are able to forward the Call to mobile

Sorry for the Long Delay i was sick,
Yes Alex you are exatly right .
Call is setting ok we can here the Ring also we are able see the call is launching in our reception phone once we pick the call .no Speach and call is staying up untill we disconect the call .
i think called phone means from which phone iam making the call.Called phone IP :10.10.14.35
Reception phone ip :10.10.14.24

Can you try adding :-

direct-inward-dial

!
Retest.

I have added the above the configuration. But it seems not working. Same issue call is setting ok but no speech.
