Unable to get user report

Dear all,

Please find the attachment,I am getting following error,while i am trying to get user repot and following services are not running

Cisco CDR Repository Manager

Cisco CAR Scheduler

I tried to run these service ,but fail.

Please check the settings in Service Parameters, select Cisco Call MAnager

          CDR Enabled Flag = True

Cluster Wide PArameters(Device-General)

      Call Diagnostics Enabled = Enabled Regardless of CDR Enabled Flag

CUCM upgraded from 7.1 to 8.6.

above mention settings are fine.

Did u try to restart the CDR reporsitory MAnager and CAR Scheduler  services or they start and stop immediately?

IS CUCM 8.6 now running on VM or MCS servers?

Yes,I tried by CLI and GUI,but failed to start these services.I am unable to restart server because its live envirment.

Hi Waqas,

I could find some bugs related to CDR Repository Service not starting /functioning but the CUCM version is different.Also, the resolution requires involvement of TAC.

Can u restart the server and check else open the case..

CAR Scripts check substring of process name instead of the Process PID.

Cisco CDR Repository Manager Service not starting.
Conditions:
Cisco CDR Repository Manager Service not starting. Service Manager thinks that the service is still running and its not starting the service.

Workaround:
from ssh login,
1. ps -ef|grep cdrrep
2. find all the PIDs in the listing,
3. kill -9
4. try to start the service again.

CDR Repository Manager not functioning

Symptom:
CDR Repository Manager is not functioning in the said build. It is not creating the various folders like cdr_repository, temp, trans under /var/log/active/cm/ file system. Further on investigation it was seen that it is failing to do all the other functions like polling for data, etc. As a result CDR Del Module, CAR and all other functions related to CAR cannot work completely.
Conditions:
Standard Testing condition.
Workaround:
pryftool --system cm --hive dbl --set connectionpool=0
