Hello,
One of my clients had a power outage that caused CUCM, IM&P and UCCX to restart.
After this, users are unable to login to IP Phone Agent using IP Communicator.
They receive a message stating that the user is already logged in, and there are 2 options: Press 1 to disconnect the user and Press 2 to return to login window. But pressing 1 does nothing, it just stays on this error page.
I created a new user to test, one that hadn't been using IPPA before and the issue happened to this one too.
I have checked CUCM and UCCX services, they are running normally. Servers are on version 8.6
Has anyone encountered an issue like this before?

Infact the next would be to remove and readd the agent phone

Hi ,
Go on CUCM Serviceability page a on Tools ---> Contrl Center (Feature Services) and restart Cisco CTI Manager Service.
Se if it makes the difference.

Thank you for the response.
After opening this thread, I found this post: https://community.cisco.com/t5/ip-telephony-and-phones/unable-to-login-cisco-phone-agent/m-p/2630195#M291241.
Followed it, removed the agents from resources and added again, now it's working again.
