Unable to Login to Jabber for Windows

We are running CUCM 8.6.2 and CUPS 8.6. We are trying to get Jabber for windows working but we keep getting the error "Cannot Communicate to Server". The presence diagnostics shows everything is fine and also our users says they are licensed for Jabber. We want to deploy Jabber for IM purposes only, what might we be missing?

Any help would be appreciated.

I'd start by reviewing DNS resolution works and that you can log into CCMuser with those credentials.

Could be a number of things,  before you log in, check the connection type and make sure you log into on premise presence not webex connect. could also be that your node name in presence is different from what you are logging into, so TLS will crap itself.

send us the problem report, says more than a thousand words

Don't have any experience with Presence but I am logging into the premise based and the am able to login to the end user page with the same credentials. I have added the problem report from the jabber client.
