Hi All,
Guys i am in trouble,
I have configured cisco router 3825 as a CME version 4, all the calls including inbound and outbound were working fine, suddenly issue raised that all the outgoing calls are not making and incoming also, i have check every thing but no success, PVDM is fine FXO is not taking any call, I ahve changed the FXO but same issue,
I have upgraded the CME to 8.6 now. please help me what is the issue, i can't get any logs in incoming call in debug voice ccapi inout,
further i can see in debug voice dialpeer , correct dial-peer matches, but after dialing digits reorder tone comes.

Hi Ahmed,
Can you try a shut/no shut of the voice ports and also add "incoming called-number ." under one of the dial-peers for incoming calls as i do not see it under any of the dial-peers.

Issue has been resolved by changing the PVDM. PVDM was faulty.
