Hi,
There is one major problem i am facing in CUCM 9.x.
Since yesterday night incomming and outgoing calls are working. Suddenly since morning, unable to make any ougoing call through PSTN link
But able to dial extension to extension. PSTN link is up, am able to receive incomming call from outside. There is no change in configuration also.
I have two UCS-C220m3s boxes, Configured one Pub and two Subs and all are part of one cluster. I have run debug session, not getting hi on Gasteway router, whee my PSTN links get terminatted.

Hi Arindam,
Can u try generating test call from router by using the command
isdn test call interface serial 0/0/0:15 PSTNNUMBER and check whether outgoing /call is landing or not?
serial port in command is the E1 port on which PRI is terminated.

Yea. we have done that testing by removing the link from Gateway router and connect to phone and telco people able to dial outside by using same PSTN link..
I did some changes without any clue. I suspected might be some issue in CUCM, as it was working since last night but suddenly it happend. So i rebooted VM, where Sub-1 resides. and Before that chnaged the priority in UN CM Group. And all ip phones register on other subscriber in the same cluster. Post doing this change, we are able to make any outbound call as well as receive inbound calls.
But still i dont have clue, why suddenly it got stopped.

can u explain your setup in detail?
are the IP phones registered to SUB2 now and in call manager group, SUB2 is at top priority?secondly, is the gateway registered on which PRI is terminated registered to SUB2 now and outgoing is not happening now but incoming is working ? earlier this setup was on SUB1 .please confirm.
please provide output from MGCP router?

You're sending the call as video, that's why it fails

Jaime is right.
Please use isdn bearer capability as speech . You can configure this under the interface serial or voice port configuration.
