Hello,
I am unable to make Video call between Head Office and branch office in Cisco IP phone 8945. Two branches are connected through Inter-Cluster Trunk (Non-Gatekeeper Controlled)
Head Office details:
CUCM version 10.5
IP Phone 8945 Active load
SCCP8941_8945.9-3-4-17 |
Branc Office:
CUCM Version 8.5.1.
IP Phone 8945 Active load
9.1.2(SCCP 9-1-2-00).

What kind of error are you getting on the phone? Also, What trunk is it running (H323 or SIP)? Are you using CAC?
Also, please share traces from both CUCMs to see what happening along with calling and called numbers.

HI Mohammed,
There is no error message, screen is black. No CAC has been confiugred. It is Inter-Cluster Trunk (Non-Gatekeeper Controlled).
