Questions:

  • Are you allowing the blocked contents when IE tries to run CCP?
    • In the previous print-screen I'm seeing that IE is restricting the web page from running scripts on ActiveX controls. I'm pretty sure that the page is not showing up because of this
  • Also, Did you go to Java.com and checked if you have the latest update?

Hi @,

In the task manager make sure to end the following processes: "CiscoCP.exe", "CiscoCPEngine.exe","IEC2.exe", and "SplashScreen.exe". After done this, wait 30 seconds, and then restart Cisco CP as "Administrator".

Let me know if that could help you.

thanks for your answer

before this never IE open but in this time open but not show any things

Hey @zavira123,

Good way to go! Now follow theses steps:

  • Make sure you have the latest version of Java
  • In your IE, go to the compatibility view and add the loopback address to the list (127.0.0.1). (Please, see the attached picture)
  • If that doesn't work, why don't you try upgrading your CCP to the 2.7 or 2.8 version?

Let me know ASAP.

hi

i upgrade it to version 2.8 and install last java and IE plugin

and change compatibility in IE

and i install CCP on windows 7 SP1

i got below error

Did you try to run CCP as "run as administrator"?

Let me know ASAP.

sorry for delay

yes i run as administrator

Hey @zavira123,

Let's try something else:

 1. Close the CCP Application

 2. Clear the Java Cache from:

Start -> Control Panel -> Java 32 -> General Tab -> Settings (Under Temporary Internet Files). Click Delete.

 3. Clear the IE Cache from:

On a browser window, clear  the cache from Internet Options Menu -> General Tab ->Delete. (Delete the Temporary internet files, cache, cookies).

 4. Give Full Control Permissions to the Cisco System folder in your Disk:

Go to Local Disk > Program Files (x86) > Cisco Systems > CiscoCP > Righ-click then Properties > Security Tab > Edit > Full Control > Apply > OK.

 5. Launch CCP with Right click-> Run as Admin.

If that doesn't work let me know ASAP buddy.

zavira123,

What version of Java do you have?

One last thing that I could recommend is to downgrade to CCP 2.7 because it worked for me in the past.

Let me know.
