Hi! All, I'm using Unity Connection 10.5.1. I'm unable to save a recorded message for my call handler with the message below return by the system.
"Unable to save recording due to SSL certificate error"
Any help to solve this matter will be helpfull.

I noticed the Java version 8 breaks the media master bar. Need to use the latest version 7 available and set the security to the minimum. You may still get an error message but the recording will actually be saved if you go back and check it.
