unable to set the PIN - phone EM - CUCM 12.5

Hi Guys,

Please let me know if anyone encounters the PIN reset failure (call manager-Extension Mobility)

Call Manager Release 12.5.1.11900

Recently configured Cisco call manager with extension mobility. the user credential policy set to "User Must Change at Next Login".

But users get an error when they try to change/set new PIN - Error during PIN Change. but I can reset it from the call manager administrator side.

check the tomcat security logs and could see the only exception as below;
