Dear all,
1.My CUCM and CUPS version :10.5.2.10000-5 & 10.5.2.10000-9
did below shown steps
1. Check if you have the device monitored on user.
2. Check if you have the Other(Hard-Phone) also monitored under the user and monitored.
3. Check if your user has the CTI enabled and CTI control all devices on user rights.
4. Check if your CSF and hardphone device has user assinged on device level.
5. Check if your CSF and hardphone device has user assinged on LINE Level.
6. Turned off firewall on my windows 7
7. Enter the Tftp -i <cucm ip address> get <SEP>.cnf.xml command from your PC in order to download the TFTP file. In this instance, the name of the phone device is SEP, which is the MAC address.
But there is no result, I can't use this function on my PC.
Please see attached screenshots.
Thanks in advance

Make sure that you associate your deskphone and jabber phone to same enduser. This enduser should be used when you login to jabber

Found the fix, I had to create a CTI UC Service type and apply it to my CUPS Service profile. Logged out of Jabber and logged back in, it works. I'm able to make calls from my desk phone.
