We are running call manager version 4.1(3)sr4d. in a one call manager server environment. We are unable to view the corporate directory from an IPT phone. I can see the users in call manager admin page under corporate directory. we see an error 'host not found' displayed on the phone when directories is selected.
I have checked the url in enterprise manager. The call manager ip address is displayed correctly in the URL. Reset IIS reset. reset TFTP and the users phone, no difference.

I am having a similar problem that is only affecting a single IPT user. In this case the corporate dir option does not appear on the user phone at all. All URL paths are in place and even hard coded the URL into phone config page w/ no effect
