Hi All,
I'm unable to view the Syslog in RTMT Syslog viewer. Getting the Message as "File Does not Exist" . But the same file able to access from the CLI.
CUCM Version - 8.6.2a
What is the Solution for this ?

You have to run the RTMT Application, with a windows administrative account.
