i want to come up with a BOQ for unified contact center express 8.5 10 seats minimum. system should include call recording feature. Can CCX 8.5 be integrated with CM 7.1.
following are the part number i have
a) CCX-85-SRVRS-MEDIA CCX-85MEDIAKIT-K9= CCX-85WFMMEDIAKIT=
b) L-CCX-85-NEW-LIC L-CCX-85-N-P-LIC L-CCX-85-N-WFM-LIC
C) i want to go with UCS server.
can any please guide me with following:
1) Require part number for workforce optimization to be in included with the BOQ, (required this for call recording)
2) Require Cisco Agent desktop part number (for agents and supervisor)
You need CUCM at least 8.0 for UCCX 8.5, see the compatibility matrix:
For WFM your option is Calabrio WFM, and agent desktop is included in CCX package (Enhanced and Premium).
