Unified Video Advantage with Polycom HDX Endpoints

Has anyone ever tied in a Cisco Unified Video Advantage camera into a Polycom HDX video conference?

Yes we have done this but do have an issue. We have MCU 3545, CUCM 6.1.2 and Gatekeeper. We can place a call from the HDX to VTA and vice versa. Audio is fine in both directions, but we get a green image on the UVA from the HDX (see attached).
