We are experiencing the same issue. Test within CSPC logged in with local account is successful. Login to CSPC with Remote account fails. We are using RADIUS against Cisco ISE.
Make sure that CSPC is collecting all the details on the switch stack and there are no issues with the collection. SNTC Portal will only show what has been uploaded from the CSPC. You should be able to see what information have been collected by se...
I was able to enable the connection via the CLI Only. There is a different process compared to previous versions. You have to copy out a URL and register it via CCO logon within something like 120 seconds. CLI Command is conf server enable
