I recently regist 10 LIC-CM_DL_10 Callmanager Device License , but I didnt receive 2 file: when I try to regist againt Ireceice a mesage that the license is alread sent
I need to now how I can solve this problem
The other problem is - Ineed to remove a licence file from Call Manager ver 6 e put it back again - How ican be done ?

Please check your profile first to verify the integrity of your mail@.
Then check you're Spam folder in your mail client.

You need to contact licensing@cisco.com to straighten out the registration issue.
To remove the license from CM you can "file delete license licensefile.lic" in CLI, it was added in CM 6.1.2 I believe.
