unity 4.2 with exchange server schema 2010

Hi We are using cisco unity server 4.2 version with partner exchange server 2003. we are not using inbuilt exchane server. now  we have plan to upgrade partner exchange server 2003 schema to 2010 schema. we are upgrading exchange server schema not exchange server.

this upgrade will it create any problem in unity oprations please let me know the compatability on this issue

I have the same question as well.  DId anyone ever confirm this?  We want to run the forestprep tools for Exchange 2010 and migrate non-Unity users to the new mail server and then leave the other ones on the old one until we upgrade CM and Unity.
