unity_4.x, DUCS and lotus_notes - question, need advice

Hi

I have a Unity server intergrated with lotus notes. The issue i have is that there is more than one notes server and my unity box can only see one server so i can not add any users on my 2nd notes server. Can Unity be configured to work with more than one notes server?

Hi Colin,

As per: http://cisco.biz/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity/404/installation/guide/dom/IG_018.html#wp1685778

"Step 4 On each Domino server that will home Cisco Unity subscribers, install csServer, the server component of DUC for Cisco."

I would ensure that the DUC has been installed on each and every Domino server that hosts users you want to add to Unity.
