I have problem about unity connection auto attendant "Greeting standard" work ok but when press invalid number 1 digit "Greeting error" work can detect invalid number dial and play "My Personal Recording" BUT when press invalid number more than 1 digit can not play "My Personal Recording" It play "You can not be transfer to this number check the number and try again"
Look at your open greeting call routing rule matched and change attempt transfer to go directly greeting. If its forwarded call, look at call forwarding rules while if its direct call look for direct call routing rules
