Unity connection 7.1 cannot instal additional language

i instal a connection on my Vmware,everything is ok

but when i instal a language i can't find where the Connection Mixer (CuMixer) and Connection Conversation

Manager (CuCsMgr) services.

i know the service is in TOOL menu click service mangement .but in the tools menu i can't find service mangement.

please help me how to shutdown and restart the service

Hi Bo,

You need to check Cisco Unity Connection Serviceability instead of

Cisco Unified Serviceability (from the top right hand drop-down options)
