Hi,
With single inbox, is it possible to have voice messages sent to 2 different email addresses?
If so, how would I configure tha other email address in Unity Cxn.
Thanks

I don't think you would use Single Inbox for this as only one UM account can store messages in an Exchange mailbox (if you try to add a second UM account for an individual mailbox and select the option to sync messages into Exchange, you will see an error on Unity Connection). Trying to use Single Inbox in conjunction with message relay (to send to the 2nd address) could be problematic depending on your configuration for replies/etc. It depends on how you handle replies to messages from within Exchange (ViewMail, relay between systems, secondary SMTP address, different scenarios here). You could forgo the UM for this mailbox (assuming it is not required for some reason) and leverage a Message Relay where you specify a distribution list address as the email address. That distribution list would need to then send to both of the email addresses that you need to send the message to. In this case, those are strictly copies of messages sent as email to another address. There is no message status and/or MWI synchronization with Unity Connection based on actions taken within the email.

Yes, on the mailbox in Unity Connection you need to configure the Message Actions for Voice Messages to relay and specify the email address associated with the distribution list in Exchange. Also, you need to have an SMTP Smart Host (SMTP relay) configured for Unity Connection to relay the mail through...Unity Connection does not send messages outside of its own SMTP domain, instead it relies on another host for that. It can be your Exchange server or any SMTP host but you also have to ensure that the SMTP relay server accepts mail from the Unity Connection server when it attempts to relay messages.
