Hello,
We use two languages, English and French. We have a main call-handler that has language sent to english, we notice that if we set a transfer-rule to a user that is set to French I get the following message "I did not recognize that as a valid entry"
Is this default behavior? Any insight would be appreciated.

Hello Ayaz,
Regardless of the message, does the call gets transferred to targeted user?
With the above decription and message played, it seems, call is not even going beyond the Call Handler.

Sounds like your caller input on the call handler is not properly mapped to the destination.
