how do you setup a different caller input for business hours vs closed on a system call handlers?

On your Call Handler - Closed Greeting, configure After Greeting action to select Call Handler <New closed Call Handler> with option Go Directly to greetings. Then configure the caller inputs on the newly Call Handler created.

You would have to send the call to a different Call Handler when it's matching the closed hours and configure the caller input there.

how could i do that? . my current config is as follow
system call handlers for main menu with time of day schedule set
greeting standard with options 1,2,3 ,4
cloes greeting with option 1 only
how do i send the call during close hour to different ch
