Hi Guys,
I have a case for the customer of our customer, they are using the tool “Unity Connection Bulk Password Edit” and this soft to not work anymore for one of their 3 clusters.
Based on the Cisco documentation (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/8x/administration/guide/8xcucsag030.html#wp1054386) I checked the configuration on the 3 clusters:
All the services are up and running on the server.
For info, based on this site http://ciscounitytools.com/ this soft is not supported by the tac.
If someone has an idea...
Thanks in advance !

Hi Herve,
No worries, in the top right drop down I think you are going to
Cisco Unified Serviceability instead of Unity Connection Serviceability
which I've done myself They are two different things.

Hi Herve,
It's probably the database proxy service that is causing
you problems here. Without the database proxy service started
and for X number of days, you cannot run these Unity Tools
Here's what you need to do, the path is as follows;
Go to, Unity Connection Serviceability > Tools > Service Management > Select Server (Pub) > Optional Services >Connection Database Proxy > Activate/Start
You also need to set the
The path for this is as follows;
Unity Connection Administration > Advanced > Connection Administration >

Hi Rob,
Thanks for your update, but the problem is here:
"
Go to, Unity Connection Serviceability > Tools > Service Management > Select Server (Pub) > Optional Services >Connection Database Proxy > Activate/Start
"
On the Serviceability page --> Tools I have:
- Service Activation;
- Contrel Center - Feature Services;
- Contrel Center - Network Services;
In these 3 menus I'm not able to find a serivce called "Connection Database Proxy"
All the other services listed are up and running.
Thanks
