Hi everyone,
So I am stuck in a typical Cisco-Java comic situation trying to get a simple CNX upload of a prompt audio file.
I can spin any version of JRE and any version of IE or whatever browser could possibly make this work. I assume this must have worked once upon a time since Cisco sold number Unity Connection 8.6.1.20000-109 at some point.
The issue is with the play/record java applet when doing prompts. It comes up with SSL error but which SSL? Obviously the CNX certificate is trusted; no IE "press to continue" errors and the JRE crap is figured out to make the applet load in the first place but once you open a file and click SAVE the following error pops up:
I am stumped at this? OK of course doesn't fix it. As I said otherwise the applet loads just fine with no detectable error issues:
I would appreciate feedback if there is a remedy to this situation.
Thank you!

Hi
Have you tried adding the CUC server website to the 'trusted' sites in the Java control panel?
Make sure you add it with the correct http/https prefix etc as well.

Thanks Aaron
Yes I have; and to be clear I added the certificate NOT under the browser but inside the control panel; then Java's own security thing where you get to add certificates.
That did not help! I did make sure it is https AND it is the correct port as it isn't the standard SSL port
Still no go!
