Our unity connection need constant clean up to bring back unused license.
What we normally do is go the serviceability page and choose the report on
- Unused Voice Mail Accounts Report
Well, we are activating most users with the Unified Messaging account in Unity to link it to O365.
My question: if user are not logging in the voicemail via phone or remotely log in, and only listen to voicemail from the email they received when they got a voicemail, will the report capture that activity and count that as a log in attempt? I simply don't want to remove someone by mistake since he/she only use the email message rather than logging in the vmail.
Could someone please confirm? Thanks
