I am having a strange issue where my external Caller ID when listening to messages in Unity Connection is not working. I know something changed but no one is admitting to it. As of now when an outside caller leaves a voicemail, users get "Message from Cisco Unity Connection Messaging System" instead of the caller ID. This was working before last week and now users are getting frustrated. Does anyone know what may have changed ont his server that would cause this issue globally?

Hi, check your voicemail profile configuration. If you are using a ‘Voice Mail Box Mask’ and this has been changed calls will not go into unity with the correct number.
How do the DN numbers configured on your phones relate to the numbers you have setup in unity? Do callers still reach their own mail box when the press the 'Message' button on their handsets?
Hope that helps!

Hello,
Don't know if you fixed this yet but I ran into the same problem and it is actually a bug. Here is the bug ID. Let me know if that helps.
