Hello, When importing to newer version of callmanager you have to add the partion in which the directory number resides. For example:  1001 in Route Partition pt-internal  The field in the BAT file needs to be "1001 in pt-internal" That has worked for me in the past.  Let me know if it works! ... View more

Olamob, You have to make a common phone profile.  Once you create one you can set the Username/Pass and enable SSH.  After that you need to go back to the device page and assign the common phone profile to the ATA 187.  After that the ATA will reset and you should be able to SSH into it.  Please let me know if you have any issues. ... Hey guys, Just wanted to give you an update.  We updated to the latest version of firmware and then I had to disable SIP inspection on the ASA firewall.  They seem to be very stable right now.  Mine were unregistering and registering every 6 minutes.  Also with the new version of firmware you can enable ssh and see the logs on the ATA itself.  Feel free to email me and we can discuss it further. ...
