If we have CUCM-HA ( PUB/SUB )

Unity Connection-HA ( PUB/SUB )

The unity connection is UP but the Telephony Integrations is not in place yet.

To configure the Connection HA........

- Do we need one "phone System"  -    with 2 diferent AXL serveurs ( CUCM )

-Two different port group ( one that will have a  CUCM Pub First /  CUCM Sub Second       and another one  CUCM SUB First / CUCM PUB Second )

- And create the port to register half of the port from Unity PUB and the other Half from Unity SUB ?

Single AXL for each cluster, if you are planning on using AXL for user sync vs. LDAP.

You need to build Port group for each UCXN server within UCXN, on each port group you point to both CUCM servers.

Why do we need two different Port Group,   if in the Port section we can add a port and select if the port will register from Unity Publisher VS Unity Subscriber

Because it gives you more flexibility, but I suppose you can build single port group and assign all ports from both servers to it.
