we have a AA on Unity that announces something like press 1 for English, 2 for French, 3 for German. Caller makes their selection and the call is transferred to a multi lingual agent in a hunt group. is there any way that the agent can be notified of the language that was selected by the caller - this way they can answer the call with the correct language - similar to a whisper function on a Contact Centre. TIA..J

Use different hunt pilots for each language, CUC cannot provide any indication of what caller input was used.
