Dear all
I have a phone view question, and i had installed unity connection and callmanager version 7.0.1 on vmware and configure phone view feature on callmanager and unity connection .
following are configuration
1 the callmanager integration with unity connection ok
2 voice mail test ok
3 application user setup ok
4 enable phone view on phone system basic page in unity connection ok
5 enable phone view on voice mail user in unity connection ok
6 input the CTI user and password on phone system basic page in unity connection ok
but i can't see phone view feature on my cipc 8.6 screen what question ? thanks

Hi Harvery,
I know its super duper late but were you able to fix this issue?
I was also testing this with a lab environment but the CIPC is still not displaying the phone view.
Though the documentation only specifies some 79XX as supported phones, I would like to confirm if it should also work with CIPC.

No it is not supported in CIPC. I didn't see this documented but if you look in the traces you will see invalid protocol errors.

Hi Mohammed! Apologies for the late response. Yeah actually I opened a TAC case for this and confirmed that the feature is not supported with CIPC. Thanks Mohammed!
