Hi All
I have Unity Connection and CUCM with a policy setup so that the voicemail PIN and extension mobility PIN expires after a period. My question is
1) What happen if a user is on holiday and did not reset the PIN. Does Unity Connection or CUCM prompts them to say your PIN has expired, please change it or does it lock them out? This would be an admin nightmare
2) When a user has 15 days left the system prompt "You PIN expires in 15 days." However there is no option like press 1 to change your PIN now?

Hello,
For number one yes , it will prompt him that the pin has been expired and you must changed it so don't worry.
For nmber two , the answer is no but there is a option from the menu to change the PIN .
