Unity Connection Record Greeting Error: Phone Not Answering

Hello,

I have always recorded grettings for call handlers with our staff using the java plugin in the UCON webpage.  Now, only on some phones I get this message.  Yet some other phones work.  It never rings on the destination, the error just comes up instantly.  The only thing that has changed in the past few months is I upgraded from 8 to 8.6.

Any ideas?

Can you upload a different image and or paster the error on the forum. The image you attached is not opening (atleast not for me).

Hi Dan,

Is there anything that the phones that do work have in common as

opposed to the phones that don't work?

Are there multiple phone system integrations?

I found it, some of the phone partitions I had were not in my CSS that I use for my voicemail ports....

On another note, Which version of java works with the recording gui?  I am having a lot of trouble on 64 bit OS's with java saying its not secure?
