hello
i user CUCM connection with CUC use SIP
but when i transfer a call to phone from AA ,the CUC say can not transfer the call busy .....
who can tell me where i config is wrong

Do you have the correct CSS on the SIP trunk?

Can you go to AA call-handler then - edit -transfer rules and choose supervised transfer.
Transfer Type choose supervie transfer

I would also check on the transfer rule for the AA, as islam mentioned (+5)
