Unity Error "Phone not answered"

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with the Unity Connection.

I get inside the user, and press on the record button to my extension, and I get the error "Phone not answered".

When I change the extension to other number, It works just fine.

There Isn't a difference between the extensions, they are both on the same CSS and the same Partition.

Any one can help me please?

It's working.

The problem was a checkbox on my line "reject anonymous calls", 

But I couldn't understand why when the Unity calls my phone It's Unknown Number
