Unity Express 8.0.1 Additional Mailbox Licenses

Hi,

I have recently deployed an NME-CUE with an 80 user voice mailbox license. Today I have added an additional 10 mailbox licenses and now the CLI shows all 90 as being active and in use although the GUI only shows the previous 80 as being used but will not allow me to add any additional personal mailboxes.

Has anyone come across this and can advise on how to resolve?

I reloaded the module immediately after applying the additional license and I have also tried it once more to see if this would make a difference.

Make sure you are not running out of mbox storage space.

Please try to add mbox via CLI and report the error encountered.

Hi Guys,

Thank you for your prompt response. I issued the "license activate voicemail mailboxes" command and although it told me that the new license is already active, now when I try and manually add a new user from CLI it states "Not enough Mailbox space left in system" so I will adjust the default mailbox size (having used the standard defaults) and reload the module.

You'll have to re-adjust each existing mbox size, to make room for the new ones.

This is more easly done with batch changes on a text file, and pasting via CLI.

Hi Paolo,

I amended the default mailbox size for each user and had to issue the "license activate voicemail mailboxes 90" command. After a reload this appears to have worked.

Yes, so when u upgraded the license for additional mboxes it did not activate

due to mailbox size issue after the reset and u need to resissue the command

after adjusting the mbox size.

This seems to be same issue as the other I mentioned in my previous post.
