Hi

How can I do to telnet Unity Express (NM-CUE) remotely?

I'm in site A and the NM-CUE is in Site B, I need upgrade language and I can't telnet to NM-CUE, just GUI. It's normal?

Telnet to the router at Site B. Once in the site B router, type the following:

service-module service-engine x/x session

(You can do show ip interface brief to get the slot the CUE is in and replace the x/x accordingly)

or if you have a newer CUE model, type

service-module integrated-service-engine x/x session

That should get you in.

To add to the good advice by Kenneth, you can also telnet directly, IP of the router, port 2194.
