We have a cell phone in the company that whenever this number leaves an e-mail in Exchange, it shows up as the wrong Unity Subscriber.
I have looked in exchange and unity for an association between the cell number and the incorrect user, but cannot find one.
I have verified the Caller ID is coming in to Call Manager as "Wireless Caller"
I would think somewhere in Exchange or Unity this cell is associated to the old user, am I correct?

It has nothing to do with Exchange, check for alternate extensions to see if this number is defined there.

Man, i looked at that Chris, but I didn't see anything in any of the lines.
It is at the bottom defined as Line 1.
What I see is nothing in any of the lines in the Administrator defined table, but under that in the Subscriber defined table it shows Line 1 is defined with the cell numbers.
Administrator does not seem to be able to edit this. Is the only way to edit the subscriber defined alternate number through Unity Assistant?

Hi Wilson,
You might be able to use the Bulk Edit utility
