Hi Andres,
If your Cisco Unity version is 4.x or 5.x, complete this procedure:
Log into the Unity Administration Page, and click Subscribers.
Select the subscriber that needs to be modified. Then, click Conversation.
Select the New Message type that needs to be played first and click Move Up. Repeat similarly for the Saved Message. The order of playback can be changed when you choose Oldest first or Newest first from the drop down menu and click the Save icon.
From this good doc;
Change Voice Message Order from Cisco Unity
Hope this helps!

Hi Andres/Mark,
No worries :)
To Manage subscriber messages, this is probably an excellent choice;
Message Store Manager
The Cisco Unity Message Store Manager (MSM) allows you to perform several routine message store management tasks with a single tool. MSM Agents, defined to include a selectable set of subscribers, can generate message demographic reports, archive messages, delete messages, or set subscriber properties, all according to configurable schedules.
From the Great Unity Tools;

Hope this helps!

Thanks Rob,
In my case, the unity is not integrated with exchange or lotus, it saving the messages locally. Do you know if this works anyway for removed messages of suscribers?

Hi Andres,
This just means the Exchange mailstore is "on-box" not external. You should still be able to use the MSM Tool :)
Cheers!
