Unity Recover Deleted Messages

Hello,

Does anyone know how to recover deleted messages? I have found the utility to move messages from the unity dumpster or deleted items but it seems that when a user deletes a message it is not in the unity dumpster or in the deleted items folder. It seems to just disapear. Is there a setting somewhere I need to set for Unity to retain deleted items in the dumpster or deleted items folder? Thanks

Please search NetPro this has been asked several times before

if this was not configured what was deleted is lost and there's no way to get it back
