I have a strange situation. I have a mailbox setup for a support team. Mailbox is setup to "accept and relay" no unified messaging. The relay address is set to customerservice@"domainname".
When we log into that mailbox, the message shows up. The from address has
"Cisco Unity Connection messaging System <unityconnection@"ourinternaldomain" (this I feel is fine)
The To: field is the mailbox name@"ourinternaldomain"
This in my theory should state To: customerservice@"domainname" that I forwarded the message to.
Catch is our help desk software checks this mailbox, should see the new email, create a ticket and attach the wave file. it works for all except our voicemails coming in. After significant testing and troubleshooting, we determined it is the fact that in the customer service mailbox instead of being
To customerservice@domainname it is to: unitymailboxname@"ourlocaldomainname"
Any advice on how I can fix that? Thank you in advance...

Hi,
Can you please mention the UCNx version you are running?
Can you please send a screenshot of affecting user’s voicemail box from menu “Message action “?
Thanks
Regards
Carlo
