Hello all
I have a user that claims that some new voice mail messages are going straight to saved messages without triggering the MWIs, at least three times this has happened. It doesnt't happen every time as I have not been able to re-create the problem.
I personally believe the issue is being caused by the user but before I replied to the user I would like to ask if this type of problem is even possible.
Is it possible for new voice messages to go straight to saved without intervention from the user?
The phone is a Cisco 7941
The Unity account is set up as a normal account. Nothing fancy.
I thank you all in advance.

No rules. We are not utilizing Unified Communications.

I assume at this point that the problem was an end user problem and not system related.
Thanks for the help
