What would be the best method to delete a subscriber's voicemail messages without going to the mailbox and deleting one by one. We have Unity 5.X MS exhange. Also, is there a method in unity where we can view the total number of messages or do we have to go into AD?

OWA or PCA inbox are the best methods since you can select many messages at once

What does these acronyums stand for? Are they default services or must be activated?

Hi,
I've read your answer but this method is per user. There is a way to do it from Cisco Admin?
For example on Unity 3.x and 4.x there was this:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_tech_note09186a00800d6824.shtml
But this feature is not accesible from Unity 5.x, there is a way to do this?
I've a customer with a lot of users that doesn't delete messages or even listen to them. So I'd like set a policy that unread messages became deleted after an amount of days.
Please let me know.
