I've been encounting this error message while access inbox:
Unable to retrieve spec for http://<UnityConnection IP>/inbox/gadgets/msg/msg-gadget.xml. HTTP error 500
UnityConnection version - 8.5.1ES47.12900-47
Any idea to resolve this?

I have the same error 500 in 8.6. If I access the site via the IP address it works. Using the DNS name I get that error. I know it used to work earlier this year but stopped recently. We did change the MAC address and rehost the licenses after changing the SMTP address. Other than that, I don't think anything else changed.
