Hi there !
I have a SRST router connected to an Avaya pbx (qsig)
When a Avaya phone calls to a Cisco phone, the cisco phone does not show the extensio number... it shows "unknown number"...
How can I fix this ?
Thanks.
Andrei.

Hi, the avaya is not sending a calling number, so it's impossible for the cisco to present it.
If you want to see the number, you must ask the the avaya technician to configure so the calling number is sent.
