Hello,
We are getting unknown protocol drops cisco voice router 2921. We are facing sometimes NO AUDIO issue with cisco IP Phones.
When they are dialing exten to exten. How to resolve pls advise ASPL.

To troubleshoot no audio issues you need to get the debugs from the gateway to check the signaling and packet captures to trace the RTP flow. Assuming its SIP or h323 you can get the following debugs for a no audio issue
debug voice ccapi inout
debug ccsip messages
A packet capture from the IP phone and gateway would be helpful in tracking the issue completely.

disable the DTP on switch end by "switchport nonegotiate" command on interface level. and no more protocol errors on the router end.
and I dont think it causes no audio. you will need ip packet capture to find your error
